Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stay Awake ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License

Caigenix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by law.
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices in the App.

Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part) at any time without notice. We are not liable if the App is unavailable for any period.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CAIGENIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Caigenix harmless from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Caigenix is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will indicate the effective date.
